Three Week Lead-Time from Receipt of COM. Upon receipt of COM, properly
completed forms, and your deposit or good credit standing, we promise to
produce and have
ready to ship within 3 weeks. If we fail on this promise, we will offer a 10%
discount on
your next purchase.

Rush Available at an Additional Charge. We understand that sometimes, you
simply need
it right away. It has to be perfect, but it also has to be fast. For an
additional $300.00, we
will move your order to the front of the production line. In most cases we can
ship it within
10 days.

We Have Designed the Catalog and Price List Features with You in Mind. The
first few
pages feature a visual index organized by type and style. You can quickly find
the basic
silhouette. There is a numerical index in back if you already know a style
number. Each
page of the pricelist matches each page in the catalog: what is on page 30 in
the catalog is on
page 30 in the pricelist.

Broad Range of Styles at Different Price Points. There is a broad range
of silhouettes in
every upholstery category including sofas, loveseats, chairs, ottomans and
headboards.
Choose an existing frame, or modify one to meet your needs. We have added more
than 20
frames of "Heirloom Casuals" at value price points for that second home or
secondary room.

Extreme Customization. Our goal is to never say no. We offer a
practically unlimited
range of custom upholstery built to your exact requirements. This includes
custom widths,
depths and heights, skirt options, cushion and back details along with the
plushest seat and
back fills, and application of unique trims. More than likely, if you can
design it, we can
build it. Our skilled craftsmen have worked miracles in creating one-of-a-kind
pieces. If it is
possible, we will quote you a price. Then you can decide whether or not to
proceed.

We Specialize in COM. We know how valuable the material you send us is.
We have
sophisticated systems to receive it, track it, and pamper it until it reaches
you in its final form.

We Keep 2,500 Fabrics in Stock. Your pricelist has graded pricing for
use with the
Heirloom fabric handles (call your rep or contact Heirloom) and with any
Century Furniture
Fabric.

We Believe Flow Matching is an Art Form. We have a dedicated production process to
ensure dressmaker tailoring and detailed personal attention. There is nothing more pleasing
to the eye that a perfectly 4-way flow matched piece of upholstery. But achieving it requires
great skill in visualization, cutting and sewing that comes from years of experience. The
average tenure of our employees is more than 20 years. We make everything by hand in our
factory in Hickory, NC.

Custom Finishes and Decorative Treatments. Because we also own a fine furniture case
plant (one of the few remaining in America), we have the ability to offer a number of
complex finishes including striping and glazing. We can also match a custom finish you
provide. We offer a wide variety of nail head trims and passementerie for refined opulence.

different than selling ordinary furniture. Our Customer service department is staffed with
experienced, knowledgeable and resourceful people who are officed right in the factory.
They are steps away from the craftsmen making your upholstery, so they can provide quick
and accurate responses to your questions. Our expert designer service staff will assist you
every step from specifying the upholstery to assuring that it turns out exactly as you envision
it.
